It lasts well when u rubbed on in the area of pain I use it on my hands for my arthritis And my back highly recommend

Cured a Cough?
My husband had a dry cough at bedtime. Rubbed this on his chest and it immediately went away. Not sure if it was a fluke? If so, it's still great for muscle aches!

Little stuff works
At first I didn't think it would work. Had a pulled muscle n my neck, n used it twice n rly took the ache away. By the second time using it the pain was gone

Takes the edge off sore joints and back pain
This gel provides fast and effective pain relief for my arthritic knee and my sore back. It is easy to apply and dries quickly. I felt relief within a few minutes and it lasted a couple of hours. The pain was not completely gone, but this took the edge off of it, a definite improvement.The active ingredient is menthol, which gives it a strong scent when first applied, but it disappates quickly. Previously I had been using Bio-Freeze, which gives comparable pain relief at about half the cost.
