How it works:

Purchase your test online at Labcorp OnDemand. No doctor's visit is required to purchase — testing is authorized by independent healthcare providers contracted by Labcorp.

Most tests require in-person sample collection, with select tests being eligible for at-home testing.

Choose your collection type. Labcorp offers a mix of in-person lab tests and at-home collection kits. Available options are shown when you select a test.

Provide your sample. Visit one of 2,000+ Labcorp Patient Service Centers or collect at home and mail in your kit following the included instructions.

View your results online or in the MyLabcorp app. Most results are available within 1-2 days after your sample arrives at the lab. Results requiring prompt attention are also communicated by phone or mail.

Most tests offer several collection types — in person, in-home sample collection, a home collection kit, or an at-home test. Available options are shown when you select a test, and the exact steps vary slightly by type.

Labcorp OnDemand charges a $20 non-refundable administrative and provider order fee for in-person lab tests, and a $45 non-refundable kit fee for at-home collection kits. Is the Personal Wellness Program FSA or HSA eligible?

What if my plan denies the claim?

What's your refund and test expiration policy?
In-person lab tests have a $20 non-refundable administrative and provider order fee. You can request a refund of the test price less the $20 fee within 1 year if you haven't provided your sample. Tests expire 1 year from purchase. At-home collection kits have a $45 non-refundable kit fee and can be refunded within 60 days if you haven't submitted your sample. Samples already submitted cannot be cancelled or refunded. The Personal Wellness Program is non-refundable; coaching sessions must be scheduled within 1 year of purchase. Check Labcorp's terms for any test-specific exceptions.
