How to Use

1. Read the full kit instructions before first use.
2. For ovulation testing: collect urine in the reusable cup, dip an ovulation strip up to the indicated line, remove, and lay flat.
3. Wait about 5 minutes and read the ovulation strip according to the included guide to determine your LH surge and fertile days.
4. When pregnancy is suspected, use the pregnancy test with urine sample; for best sensitivity consider first-morning urine.
5. Record results on the included tracker and follow up with your healthcare provider if you have questions or irregular results.
