It's fun to use.It's a little ticklish at first but you get used to it.Every use is a new experiment for the optimum experience.I'm still in the learning stage but look forward to when I have it down pat.

Pain in heel is improving.

I'm having a problem with my heel hurting and I think it's plantars fascia. I've been using this wheel and I do believe it is helping with the pain. It's not gone but it is less painful.
