So, for me, pressure on my neck seems to do the most for neck pain. I really like this option. When I've been sitting at my desk too long, I'll get this out and lie down. It's not for everyone, but I am big on deep pressure and release. This seems to be quite sturdy, and I like the foam padding. IT isn't really high-quality padding, but for me, that's good because it keeps the pressure intense as I like it. Know that if you're looking for something really soft, this is not for you.

I recently purchased and installed the Delta El Greco Ceiling Hoist for my mountain bike. After reading the the reviews of other hoists from Rad and Racor, I chose the Delta because it had the least negative reviews. I love the way this bicycle hoist works and am very happy with it.

This is very comfortable. I don't really feel like it stretches my neck though, and it will not relieve a crick in my neck, which is what I got this for. This might be one of those things that work better for some people than others, or it might be that because I'm a plus size this is too small to really do what it's supposed to do? It's plastic, and made like a cradle for your head with very soft egg crate type foam lining the inside of it. It is hair friendly.

I'm trying various new contraptions to see what can help with migraines. Its a little tall for me but if I put a thin pillow just beneath my shoulders it matches up just right. Its not something I could fall asleep in but a good 5 minute session can really help with the tension in the back of my neck.Compared to some of my other pillows and such this is nice but not quite like some of my other equipment.Its still worth a quick try.A pretty solid 4 out of 5 stars.

I enjoyed this. At first, it felt like my head was having the blood rush to it, like it was below my body or something, but that only lasted about 30 seconds before it became comfortable. I didn't experience any other discomfort with it and it was just that first 30 seconds of using it. I laid on it for about 20 minutes and my neck felt great when I got up. It did have that almost loose feeling that I get when leaving the chiropractor.It's such a simple design, yet it feels amazing. I plan on using this daily to see if it helps with my neck alignment and migraines. For whatever reason, my neck gets terribly out of place every month and causes me excruciating migraines. Both my chiropractor and I have noticed some positive changes in other neck devices when I use them frequently so I'm hoping it will be the same with this. But judging from how I physically felt afterwards, I truly think this will.
