After submitting my ring size for the Ultrahuman Air ring on the Ultrahuman app a week ago, there have been no order updates. I have connected to their “live” product support team and have received no answers on the expected shipping date for my ring. At this point, I am beginning to doubt that I will ever receive my Ultrahuman Air ring and will have wasted my FSA funds. There is a reason the Oura continues to be the top rated wellness tracker ring and customers are willing to pay a monthly subscription if they can get good customer service.
