Shipping policy

Orders $50 and up will receive FREE shipping and all orders below $50 will have a flat rate shipping charge of $5.99*. Orders ship with FedEx or UPS and regional carriers, and depending on our distribution partner may take between 1 and 7 days to deliver. The majority of the items on BuyFSA will ship same day when orders are placed before 3pm local time and deliver within 3 business days. Our warehouses across the country deliver within 2-3 business days to most states.

You will receive tracking details via email after your order ships.

*Exception is for orders shipping outside of the contiguous United States that have separate charges that are calculated at checkout (based on the total weight of the order). 

We offer dedicated shipping rates for orders delivered to Hawaii (HI) and Alaska (AK). Shipping costs for these states are fully covered by FSA funds when eligible purchases are made.

HI/AK Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your order:

  • 0–20 lbs: $20.00

  • 20–50 lbs: $40.00

  • 50 lbs and up: $80.00

These rates apply only to orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. All other U.S. states follow our standard shipping rates.

 

Rx Eyewear Orders 

Assuming our partner eyewear provider has all of the required prescription information needed to start making your lenses (RX and PD, OCH/SH if applicable), lens production and processing time takes 7-14 business days on average*

All lenses go through a meticulous quality inspection before being shipped to you. If there are any imperfections whatsoever, our partner eyewear provider may re-make your lenses until they are perfect, which can delay final shipment. We do not guarantee a date of completion until the lenses have passed final quality check and a shipping label has been printed.

*Please note:

  • Anti-fog treatment AR takes an additional 1 week to be applied.
  • All sun-tinted Match Solid or Gradient may take an additional 1-2 weeks.
  • All Sun Polarized Mirrored Lenses and Transitions XrtrActive Mirrored Lenses can take up to an additional 3 weeks beyond our standard production time.
  • Strong prescriptions and sports/wrap frames may require slightly longer processing times.
  • Certain brands such as Ray-Ban, Oakley, Costa, Persol may require an additional 3-5 business days if required to ship frames from them directly to our Optical lab
  • Ray-Ban Meta frames ship from a separate facility and can only be shipped via UPS Ground due to the contained lithium ion battery
