I have a couple different accupressure mats so felt silly buying this. I'm glad I did, the memory foam is so thick and supportive, I can use the in bed and still benefit from the spikes.

Love the pillow

I love this pillow, I use it for my neck and back, it helps relax my muscles. Couple it with the mat, I use it weekly to relax my muscles and help with back pain and fatigue.
