I was really really hoping this item would help cushion my work chair while also providing me with acupressure. The inner cushion is very poor quality and does not hold up. I am extremely petite and even with my weight the cushion deflates way too easily. I would not buy this product again or recommend it.

I am a psychotherapist and I spend up to eight hours a day in my office chair, four days a week. I bought this question to mitigate the impact of sitting this long in terms of comfort and posture and back health. This cushion does provide a better foundation for all of the factors. I will say though, it is quite spiky and doesn't feel great with thinner pants".In that case, I either take a break from the cushion, or I'll make sure to wear something thicker to the office!

The product is exactly what it says it is, but I haven't really noticed anything different when sitting on it (but it for meditation but also use it on my office chair) compared to a normal cushion. But I continue to use it

I use this to allow me to sit on my couch and in my vehicle.I have a herniated L4-5 disk causing sciatica going down my right leg . I recently used it to drive 350 miles .

I really enjoy the spikes on this cushion, but when you sit, the memory foam flattens to nothing creating areas that actually hurt my butt and thighs. I put it on a cushioned chair, but the edges still hurt.

I work from home, add a computer for a living, at a high pressure and stress tech job. I wanted to try something like acupuncture for numerous reasons, but because of covid i'm not super comfortable going somewhere to have it done. This cushion is extremely well-made, has a sleek look, and when i sat down on it for the first time the lower back pain and pressure i've had for weeks dissipated. I was curious too if it would help my menstrual pains (cramps, side and lower back pain and pressure) so I tried it out for that and sure enough, i had instant relief. The pillow has tiny spikes all over that are very sharp (keep away from kids and small animals). I sat on it for 15mins with no discomfort, when you evenly distribute your weight over the cushion you'll be surprised how pleasant this actually feels. five stars!!!

This acupressure cushion is a dream! It is large and comfortable"though for newbies it may take some getting used to. These chi releasing mats are relaxing and worth the money.

I have a Kanjo mat and saw the seat and thought to give it a go. The seat is made of a firmer foam and holds up really well. I'm really enjoying this piece-even more than I expected! Highly recommend!
