Worth the investment.

I've been looking for a product like this for a while. It helps me stretch my neck safely to relieve the symptoms of cervical spine arthritis. I haven't had the pain that I was accustomed to for so many years since I invested and started using this product!!!I wish the scent packs were easier to get

As for comfort... It's not supposed to be comfortable I do not believe . It's fits my neck perfect and has a deep enough points where it really hits nerves. I have not used it enough for it to have a lasting effect
