I’ve been using it for about a week. My boyfriend got it for me for Christmas because I get migraines but gave it to me early because I got whiplash. I LOVE IT. It helps immediately and I think had helped my healing as well. One thing- I have to use it with no clothes on or I don’t feel it very much at all.
I use it daily and when I lay on my mat my muscles spasm in relief as the blood flows to the needed areas.
