Worse customer support, I feel "ripped off"

I ordered 2 sets of this item, the set included (according to their explanation) a large mat and a small mat, so I should have gotten a total of 4 mats. To date, I have only received 2 large mats and 1 small mat. These were not cheap either. I would never use FSA or Kanjo products ever again. I feel ripped off. I have sent multiple emails on this issue and as I said, I have paid for 2 sets but feel I've not gotten 2 complete sets from this company. I plan to report this to my employer which FSA was a benefit. Be care if you decide to use them.

Fast shipping and well made. I used it with thin clothes on the first two times to get comfortable but by the third try I was using it on bare skin. Definitely has helped with sciatica and I'm about to order a mat set for a friend.
