Kanjo Memory Foam Acupressure Mat Set, Sapphire

I've noticed a difference with my sleep quality and pain level since using this mat. I look forward to using it every night!

I suffer from tension headaches and insomnia, and just 20 minutes of laying on this mat each night has made a world of difference! So happy with this product and highly recommend!

Absolutely love this set. I'd been wanting to try acupressure mats for awhile and saw this one that included the pillow. The pillow really feels incredible in several positions , as does the mat. It"iis a bit different at first, but then the relaxation sets in. Recommend.

Great product

I gave this 4 stars only because it is really hard to get the mat and pillow inside the carrying/travel bag that it comes with. The back of the mat and the bag are the same material so you really have to push it in there and that"iis difficult because it's hard to do that without grabbing the plastic prongs which hurts like hell. I just leave the mat unrolled under my dresser now.

The product is nice and first use was painful but I feel some relief in my back. I received the product today and the fabric is torn. As soon a I took it out the box I noticed it. Not sure why it would be torn I"iim the first person to use it.

This is great for travel and after workouts!

I'd probably have given 5 stars but haven" tried anything similar to compare. Also, wasn't sure regarding comfort....it NOT comfortable, but in a good way! You definitely want to be careful pulling this out of the bag. You don't want to scrape your knuckles across the prickly pokes.It takes a while to get used to it, but once you do, I think you'll love it. I don't know how or why it works, just know that it can relieve my back ache like nobodys business!I was super skeptical about the likelihood it would offer any relief and the price seemed pretty steep. But, I'm really pleased and might even splurge on the zip a part mat at some point.

I like the product. I did not buy it for specific pain relief, just wanted to try it out. I wear a thin t shirt with it, am working up to bare skin, but it feels good once you get used to it. Kind of addicting!

I was told by my massage therapist to look into an acupressure Mat for my trap, lat, and scapula pain. I found Kanjo's acupressure Mat + Pillow combo and went for it. I am pretty skeptical of acupuncture, however, THIS RELIEVED MY PAIN FOR DAYS!!! TOTALLY worth the price and will most likely be buying sets like this for the holidays + as gifts.The quality of this product was great, too! Nice memory foam. Very comfortable to use while watching tv, reading, or even working! I brought my mat to work the other day and was able to slide it behind my chair for all-day use!

Recently ordered one of these mats and it has been fantastic. It has really helped relieve some of the lower back pain that I've been experiencing. Worth every penny.

I received a Kanjo buckwheat pillow for Christmas and was skeptical at first, but as I used it whilst binging Netflix, I started to discover how great it was for certain trouble areas in my back. When I realized there was an entire mat that I could lay my entire back on at once as well as a smaller neck pillow, I immediately purchased. I was not disappointed. It does take a bit of getting used to as it almost hurts at first, but once you settle in and allow your body to relax, it feels wonderful! Highly recommended for anyone with chronic back issues that can"iit afford a regular massage therapist. It certainly isn"iit an exact trade, but I haven"iit been waking up in the middle of the night anymore with weird aches I can"iit reach after using this for only 10-15 minutes a day.

I came to this mat during a particularly stressful season in my life. I immediately put it to daily use and have enjoyed the results. I have added a foot reflexology practice to my week and am really loving that as well. The pillow delivers a perfect curve for neck and head. Bonus points for design: it brings some beauty to the wellness corner at my home. Do yourself, or a friend, a big favor and give this one a try!

Honestly the material on this mat is so nice and it"iis actually memory foam. Other mats have not been nearly as comfortable. I am actually able to relax on this one. Buying another for my girlfriend!
