Stride insole's keep me in the lifestyle I need as a senior. I hike every day, and play pickleball three times a week. Even though I bought highly reviewed tennis shoes for pickleball, I developed metatarsalargia in both feet. I also had to see a foot specialist to treat a deep callous near my big toe. I had to rest my feet for three weeks because of the metatarsalargia pain. After getting my insoles, the pain is 95% gone. And I no longer get my callous. I’m back to hiking and playing like before. The insoles are perfect, and a very reasonable price. I recently purchased my third pair, designed specifically for pickleball.

Have experimented with insoles for years, rarely getting past a year and showing signs of heavy wear within months. 6 months in, very little signs of wear with very firm arch support and reduced pain in my joints, after a very short acclimation period to firmer support. My experience with Stride Soles has been fantastic. I found this the most cost effective solution to treating my foot pain and saw the difference right away. I was prescribed insoles in the past because of a supination in my right foot, but I struggled to replace them on time because the process of going to three different places for prescription and ordering was such a hassle. And it came with additional fees anyway. If the StrideSole orthotics last me for atleast 1.5 years I even save money compared to the prescription insole which usually needs replacement after half a year.
The scanning of my feet with the app and the gait video upload was quick and easy. It works even if you don't have the latest smartphone (I used a Galaxy A10).
The video shows a comparison between my old insole (9 months old) and the new one (sneaker orthotics). Although the old one is obviously worn, you can see that it's a little too long and too slim.
On the day I first tried the new orthotics out I was feeling a little pain on the inside of my arch and just by sitting and wearing my sneaker the pain faded away. Quality wise, I have no complaints thus far.
So why only four stars? Not for the product itself, which is solid, but because of the newsletter. I'm all up for buying things on sale and am in fact subscribed to several different newsletters, but none is as persistent as this one. It sends you not one, but several reminder emails whenever there's a sale. And sometimes they contain misleading info. Things like "70% sale" only apply if you buy in bulk, the discount on one item is far lower. This struck me as so unusual, that for a moment I had been wondering if I had fallen for a scam while my orthotics were still underway. Maybe it's me being European, maybe all US newsletters are like this, but I don't think that such a solid product should be advertised with the type of annoying persistency I would expect from an online shop for video game skins.
I have previously suffered from bad shin splints, and all insoles I’ve tried before have not helped. These Stride Insoles reduced shin splint pain by about 80%. This was enough to allow me to walk the 200 miles on the Camino de Santiago in Spain.

I've had plantar fasciitis in the past, so when the pain returned in my heel, I knew what it was. I'm extremely active, especially for my age, and I hike 15+ miles a week in the Arizona desert, plus cycling, etc. Beginning last August, I could barely walk or cycle due to heel pain. Yesterday, I hiked 6 miles and have increased my speed with minimal heel pain which only occurs at the end of the hike. After wearing your orthotics for approximately 3 months, my morning, first step, pain is significantly reduced. I feel I am on the way to pain free activity once again. The last time I had plantar fasciitis, I struggled with pain for 2 years and I was far younger.
I highly recommend Stride Soles to anyone who is plagued with foot pain. These orthotics really work; they are not a gimmick. Customer service, even though only accessed online, is extremely helpful and answers any and all questions in a timely manner. These orthotics are well made and, for me, feel great in my shoes. Stride Soles are worth the money, in fact, I feel they are a bargain compared to others that cost MUCH MORE. Foot scanning and the gate video are easy to complete -- a no brainer.

I love these orthotics for my specific feet needs. The detailed questions, required photos & videos were easy to answer and gave me a chance to have an orthotic catered to my specific feet. They fit nicely in my shoes and I can feel a big difference in my walking and the pain stays away! They made the left & right different, where some companies do not. They are the best I’ve tried and I have tried many.
I’m two weeks in, wearing them constantly. My heel pain is remissed when wearing them. I think it is too soon to expect other symptoms i,e, knee and back problems, to lessen but I am pleased so far and am anticipating more improvement in the coming weeks
