The HealthCraft PLUS Series Crescent Grab Bar is an ADA-compliant, curved grab bar that can be installed above a shower faucet or on a bathroom wall, giving support where it is needed so the faucet is not used as a grab bar.

Installation required
- Choose a location with solid structure; test the position by simulating sitting, standing and reaching motions.
- Hold the bar against the wall, level it, and mark screw locations through the flanges.
- Drill pilot holes.
- Fasten with the supplied #10 x 2" stainless steel wood screws (6 included), at least 2 per flange, with appropriate waterproofing. Easy Mount™ Hollow Wall Anchors (sold separately) are recommended for hollow walls.
- Slide the flange covers over the screws. Check hardware regularly and tighten as needed.
Tools needed
Level, drill with pilot bit, and waterproofing material.

- Maximum user weight 500 lbs. Product is not intended to support full body weight.
- Install only to structurally sound walls. Add wood blocking if adequate structure is not present.
- Do not install if there is no structure for one side, or no structure behind drywall.
- Do not install if the structure behind the wall is unknown.
- Do not install into metal studs.
- Do not install in fiberglass or acrylic shower enclosures with insufficient stiffness and strength.
- Rail and bathtub are slippery when wet.
