How to Use

1. Put on the Hyperboots and secure them comfortably.
2. Power on using the on-boot controls.
3. Select your preferred heat level and compression level.
4. Use before activity to warm muscles and increase circulation, or after activity to support recovery.
5. Adjust settings at any time during use for a customized experience.
