I have only used it as several times but it's pretty amazing how it makes you feel.

the mat is really reliving my back pain

I love this mat! It is well made and I use it for the arthritis in my back and the nerve pain from having my son. I was shocked that it didn't feel uncomfortable for me the first time bc my skin is very sensitive and I don't have a high pain tolerance so don't let it scare you when people say that it may be uncomfortable the first time bc it may not be!

I got one for myself and thought it so effective I let my roommate try it out. She too felt wonderful about laying on the mat. I didn't want them to be deprived of that enjoyment when I took my mat on a trip so I bought another one so we both can be free of neck and back issues. I am happy to use my mat daily.

Its just painful, it doesnt stop being painful. i dont see any difference or benefit from it.

As others have mentioned, it is awkward at first, but after a few minutes, I get settled and really start to relax. I've even dozed off while lying on my mat! I've had some days where my neck has felt tight/irritated and after using the mat set, I felt some relief. And the more I use it the better it gets!
I've really been enjoying this mat set and looking forward to it's continued benefits.

I use my mat daily while I'm playing healing "sound bath "and it's a perfect combination. It was a bit challenging first day but now since I know what to expect it's very pleasant. I'm in my 50's and I'm on my feet all day and this mat set is perfect solution to acupuncture. I'm glad it's light and portable so it will definitely travel with me. Though I am still trying to get used to using,I can tell a difference!

First off, I was expecting extreme discomfort and was surprised that it was fairly easy to do a 15 minute session. Granted the first 5 minutes were uncomfortable in a few spots(not all), but the "heat" feeling was very relaxing. I was further surprised to find that by the 3rd session, I actually started to drift off to sleep! It's now something I actually look forward to using after a long day at work. I like to do a session before bed to really wind down release the tension in my body.

I bought the seat cushion From my FSA Store and that prompted me to buy these two items however I was horrified when I received and opened it. Where do you people store your products because when I opened up the bag there were hundreds of ants inside of it and I had to leave it outside and clean it before I was able to bring it into the house and use it
