Best Kinesio tape for sensitive skin

I have tried a lot of different tapes to retrain my muscles and support my joints. This type of tape is the best I have found for sensitive skin. It has enough hold to do the work, but doesn't feel like it's ripping off a layer of skin when I take it off.
