Miko Y2 Foot Compression Heat, Vibration Massager Therapy Device

I was gifted the Y2 foot massager for 2025 Christmas. I come to find out from Miko that the warranty expired. I asked if I could have the massager fixed & willing to pay for the repair. They did not want to fix it due to expired warranty. I have submitted quality control pictures & to no avail, they knew about the problem but refused to fix it. Yes, I investagated to determine the problem. The foot pad has a ill constructed attachment that breaks due to it being plastic. It is a shame that I never had an experience with this foot massager as it was already broken prior to first use. I am more embarrassed to inform my daughter that her gift of the foot massager did not work & could not be replaced. Hard earned money just gone to waste with this defective massager! Buyer beware! DO BETTER MIKO!

Love the heat and air compression features it makes such a big difference! I will say though that actual hands massaging my feet is still better but this is a fantastic alternative when you dont have access to someone to rub your feet.

Just starting using overall I'm happy with this purchase.

The product is great. It doesn’t really get hot. But you can definitely feel it. It gets warm. You can adjust the pressure which is a really nice feature. It also uses what I believe is air to fill the pockets to really embrace your feet. Overall I really like the product. I haven’t had any issues with it. I do wish the feet slots were a little further apart than they are but that’s just a personal preference for comfort. I would buy this as a gift for someone else.

Bought the massager on-line through Job Lot. Great product. I will say the on-line app interface leaves much to be desired. Getting beyond entering the Order Number is not easy in fact I was not able to complete that last check box.

Purchased one and used few months only the fabric had a hole and I reached out for replacement part. Haven’t heard back 9 months have not been able to use my massager again. Bad investment.

I loved everything about it the pressure the heating love that it comes with 2 remotes and they are magnetic so I don’t lose it everything is amazing.
