Kanjo Acupressure Back Pain Relief Cushion

I got this for my brother who has back pain. He loves it!!

This thing is hard! There were virtually no instructions. A bad drawing showing how to use it. I regret getting it. I should have gotten something else.

Perfect for travel and the pain relief is superior

My back gets so sore from sitting all day at my computer. It feels so good to lay on this curve my spine the other way. I also use it behind my office chair to give my back some lumbar.

This my second, to help with my occasional back pain. A relative, who visited from Singapore, was suffering from back pain, and I let her try this cushion. Since it comforts her, I gave her mine and she took it inflight to comfort her back on her long flight home.

I like it but I wish it came with a strap or way to hold it in position. It slips down or too high. If I get up, then I need to reposition it again. It only stays in place if I lean on it with some force but then that becomes uncomfortable.

I have purchased this for two different family members. They both suffer with back issues. This support/cushion has greatly improved their quality of life. Thank you Kanjo!

Honestly I didn't have high hopes for this, however it works absolutely amazing. I have slipped discs in my back and have issues with pressure at times. This helps me relieve all the pressure and feel relief. I wish it was a little bit bigger, but other than that it's awesome.

I have issues with my back and was looking for relief. I used this every hour for 15 minutes at a time. After an afternoon I had more relief than I'd felt with a weeks worth of pain meds. I'm an absolute believer now!

Use it in my car every day! Makes it so much better then I lay on it! It seems like it cracks my back sometimes which is great bc I can't get it to crack unless I go to the chiropractor. This thang is fabulous!!

This supports your arch and also helps stretch out your stiff muscles. It works as you lay upright or laying down. Great for decompression of back from long periods of sitting.

I really like this, I'm to chickened to try acupuncture, so I figured I'd give acupressure a try. Helps provide relief for my sciatica.

It's nice to stretch the back but it's not more than a piece of hard foam so it's a little pricey for what you get.

I use it as a foot rest. Too stiff for my back.

This was exactly what we were looking for! We use this by putting it on the bed and then stretching across it. It's the perfect firmness to stretch my back and support it. It really helps to relieve soreness in the back. It's simple to use and can be used in various ways, whatever works best for you. It really helps to stretch my muscles and reduce soreness.

This cushion provides great pain relief for soreness in the lumbar region and lower back area. I do a lot of cycling and occasionally get lower left back pain as a result. This cushion helps support my back for hours at my desk doing computer work and really has help alleviate the pain I was having. It is now a permanent part of my desk chair, and I highly recommend it.

I love this! I work in a school, and right now sit in a hard student chair. My back was so sore ( with virtual school I'm not moving from room to room like I used to). I got this. And it has eliminated the stiffness.1. This is not soft or comfortable in a traditional sense. It puts firm pressure on your back. I moved this to various heights on my back throughout the day to the parts I feel tension3. Can still feel some tension in lowest part of back ( although I run alot and its more common thereafter I run). Overall I really recommend this for office type work.I dont really use it to lay on

I was amazed at how well designed this cushion was when I opened the package. The foam is high density so it really holds its shape which provides support without being overly stiff and unforgiving. The points provide a bit of accupressure which can help alleviate some back pain as well. The material seems very durable and it should last a long time with regular use.

I started using this while waiting on a chiropractor appointment after my lower back had become extremely tight and it would hurt to stand it up straight. To be honest, I highly doubted any relief would come from it. I'm happily surprised though, after the first use (for just 10 minutes) I could feel the relief. It wasn't magically better and healed but the difference was absolutely noticeable. I continued using it daily while waiting a few weeks for my appointment and by the time it came, I wasn't having any more tightness in my back. I went from about a 6 on the pain scale to a 0. The only other thing I was using was the occasional icy hot, so I'm a firm believer of this product now. I think it's absolutely worth trying if you think it can help you too
