These lil spikey balls are surprisingly very effective :skin-tone-3: it hurts at first then it kind of just releases and it feels more like a good deep massage. The pain relief gel by this brand is amazing as well, though a lil pricey.

This Acupressure Foot Pain Relief Ball Set feels comfortable under your your foot but they can be hard to use, especially if on wood or tile. These are best to use on carpets. It helps calms sore muscles but only for a short time and not long term.Katiebabs

If you are not used to using a pain relief ball like this, you will want to ease into it. These are hard and spiky so if you are pain sensitive, you may want to start with socks on your feet. The good part about a product like this is that you can control the pressure. If it hurts too much, just ease up and work your way up as you use them. This set comes with two balls and one is a little larger than the other. These are small enough to toss into a tote bag if you want to take them along with you. I also use them on my back, by leaning up against a wall and having the ball in between me and the wall. I lean back and kind of roll up and down the wall, letting this dig into the knots in my back. The pressure can get intense, so again, just work your way up if you are not used to these.

These are pretty cool. You get two different sizes and one has longer little nubs than the other. The one with more pronounced nubs is for deeper stimulation. It does take some getting used to. At first, using these tickled my feet.

This foot massage ball set is great for anyone who experiences foot pain, either from a long day standing like me or experiencing other foot issues. The balls come in two sizes; I prefer the smaller size one because my feet are smaller. The spikes are not too pointy to hurt the bottom of my feet and actually provide some relief from the stiffness I feel. It seems to help with blood circulation and makes my feet feel much better after each session. The balls are not squishy and have a hard solid feeling. They aren't too heavy but definitely have a slight bit of weight to them. As long as I sit down, I have no issues being able to easily roll the ball back and forth massaging the bottom of my foot. I would not advise doing this standing up because it is easy to lose balance and fall. If you sit at your desk a lot, this is great to use to keep your feet's blood circulating and not get stiff from sitting too long. The balls seem like they are well constructed and should last quite a while before wearing down and needing to be replaced.

I really like these balls. They are a bit larger than the one I usually use on my feet. That one is also more rubbery and more nubbin like. These are much harder and much more spikey. Which I like.The smaller green one feels more spikey than its larger counterpart. Because of the size it also feels like it can really work your foot more - so as it really gets into all of those spaces. It might be a bit more painful for some - but them your feet will feel great afterwards. Plus you can just put less pressure too.The larger yellow one is "nicer" on your foot as it is larger so doesn't hit the nooks of your foot as intensely. The spikes do not feel as spikey either. These massage balls are firm and good quality. They don't break down. I thought the balls are flexible, but they are pretty sturdy and solid. They do provide some temporary relief. Easy to use. My foot pain was going away slowly as I use them every evening. Also, I gave a try them for my son. He has some sensory issues and the occupational therapist recommended trying massage balls with rough textures. He likes to play with them. I hope it will help him.

Great for arch pain/charley horses. I'm also a fidgeter while working and will keep a ball under my desk to roll when I need to move a bit.

I've had surgery on both my ankles and when I showed my physical therapist what I had been using and how much it has helped with the regaining sensation and releasing tension to stop my feet from cramping he was very pleased. And I have a feeling he will be recommending them.

Two sizes and both are firm solid balls. They feel wonderful on the feet, I've even used them to work out knots in my back & thighs. If your'e looking for something with more give, these are not for you.

I like to use one for each of my feet and then switch them off and continue rolling them around. These do help me with my foot pain/soreness. I keep them in my car and I roll my bare feet on them during my lunch break at work to help me get through the long days that I spend there on my feet.

Love these acupressure balls from Kanjo! They are easy to travel with and super beneficial for anyone suffering from pains in their metatarsal or plantar fasciitis.

We use these and other accuballs for back pain and it really helps as long as you can fully lean into the pain.

These foot relief products feel great on a regular day if you've been on your feet, but they are amazing after a hike or run. You can step on them even while sitting, and they massage your feet more deeply than any kind of massaging or stretching you can do without them. The relief they provide is immediate when you're using them, and they also aid in the healing process and help your feet feel better afterward (though, as is to be expected, they won't completely take the aching away). My husband tried these out right after running a half marathon, and he reports that they made him feel much better. He previously had a larger spiky foot massage ball, but he likes this one more because the size allows for more compression on one part of the foot at a time. This set comes with two sizes, one with more prominent spikes. Neither I nor my husband can say we notice a big difference between how the two of them feel, but it's nice to have an extra in case one of them disappears forever under the couch. If you're a runner, a hiker, or someone with a job that keeps you on your feet all day, these are a highly recommended investment in your comfort and foot recovery.

I got these for my mom to help with her with her plantar fasciitis and ended up trying them out too. They make great little foot massagers for your feet! We keep them by the couch so every time we are watching TV we just use them. Super easy to use and they fell great!
