Kanjo Acupressure Neck Pain Relief Cushion

I thought it would be way to big yet it is squishy enoughand fits different size bodies well and feels good under the neck. I find it a little slick against some surfaces yet otherwise good. An added bonus is you can use this for gentle pressure massages on other body areas too.

This cushion is great. I've noticed my face is less puffy after use. Also I use it when I lay down to sleep. It causes my whole body to relax so sleep comes more quickly.

Using as directed with the top two knobs just at the base of my skull is quite intense. Hard to relax with such intense pressure points. I found that it felt a little better with the top knobs a little teeny bit higher on the back of my head. Just a bit.

I've been rolling up a towel for my neck, but this is so much easier and gives me more relief for my neck pain. It puts pressure on just the right places. I would definitely recommend

My husband deals with terrible neck aches, he uses this and it gives him so much relief. Due to its compact size we will be able to take it with us when we travel. We highly recommend this cushion!

Not sure what's the deal with this cushion, but when I try to use it, I end up getting a horrible headache and back pain due to the way it makes me arch my back and the way the second set of acupressure nodules barely make contact with the back of my neck. Yes, I'm laying on it the way they say, with the first set of nodules under the base of my skull. However, due to the second set of nodules barely making contact, my neck has to support itself the whole time (15 minutes) and it is incredible painful afterwards. To make it worse, the part that goes into your upper back feels fine but even putting my knees up, it causes me to arch my lower back up and I walk away with a back ache. I'm a very in shape guy, other than neck tension. I work out 5-6 days a week lifting weights and do cardio 4-5 times a week as well. This shouldn't happen. Wish I would have tried something else.

Anyway, I bought this item thinking I'll return it if it doesn't work, so no big deal. BUT I haven't had a headache since using this! What a game changer. It feels so nice not to deal with head pain! literally changed my life. i get bad neck tension, pinched nerve feelings and lying on this I've noticed significantly improved mood. after a session and even during one i start to notice a feeling of becoming very energized yet calm, with a significant reduction in fatigue. i love this thing!!!
