My son recommended the accupressure mat after buying it for back issues. I've been laying on it for 15 minutes every morning since I got it a week ago and my chronic mid-back pain has noticeably lessened. I'm hooked!

I love this mat and the head rest, amazing. At first it felt a bet strange but after a few minutes, it was so relaxing. The head rest feels so good on my neck. Definitely recommend.

Listen at first there some discomfort but after 5 10 mins it get warm and wonderful at helps a lot w my headaches upper shoulder and neck I use it all over my body also

I lay on this every day! Sometimes twice a day!! Really helping with headaches and tension!

definitely super helpful for my lower back pain. i have lordosis and i often have a lot of pressure there. this helps so much

I purchased this item on a whim and it is one of my best purchases ever. My slight neck and back pain are now gone and the sense of peace I have while lying on the mat is unbelievable.

My lower back pain has been with me for decades (I'm late 60's). This mat felt uncomfortable at the very first, but after lying on it with the suggested cotton underwear/undershirt, I found I could not only tolerate it but go skin-to-mat. That's when the back pain began to ebb away. Someone wrote that you can fall asleep on it, and it's true! Something about all those points on your skin is deeply relieving of pain and relaxing. I'm really glad I decided to give it a try.

This took a few tries to get used to, but now I can't live without it. Personally use before bed when I'm having pain and tension and it really does work.

Worked okay didn't fully relieve back/neck pain.

Absolutely love this set. I'd been wanting to try acupressure mats for awhile and saw this one that included the pillow. The pillow really feels incredible in several positions , as does the mat. It"iis a bit different at first, but then the relaxation sets in. Recommend.

This wasn't what i expected so it did not work for me. I use it sometimes. Not much relief

Do not plop back on the mat, gently lower yourself to even balance. Set timer for 15 minutes and relax.Felt better afterwards.

I gave this 4 stars only because it is really hard to get the mat and pillow inside the carrying/travel bag that it comes with. The back of the mat and the bag are the same material so you really have to push it in there and that"iis difficult because it's hard to do that without grabbing the plastic prongs which hurts like hell. I just leave the mat unrolled under my dresser now.

The product is nice and first use was painful but I feel some relief in my back. I received the product today and the fabric is torn. As soon a I took it out the box I noticed it. Not sure why it would be torn I"iim the first person to use it.

This is great for travel and after workouts!

I'd probably have given 5 stars but haven" tried anything similar to compare. Also, wasn't sure regarding comfort....it NOT comfortable, but in a good way! You definitely want to be careful pulling this out of the bag. You don't want to scrape your knuckles across the prickly pokes.It takes a while to get used to it, but once you do, I think you'll love it. I don't know how or why it works, just know that it can relieve my back ache like nobodys business!I was super skeptical about the likelihood it would offer any relief and the price seemed pretty steep. But, I'm really pleased and might even splurge on the zip a part mat at some point.

I got this mat for my husbands back pain which it does help with. I have tried the mat and pillow for headaches and every time it definitely takes the edge off the headache or got rid of it.

When I first bought the mat, I mostly used flat on the ground. It works great to relieve tension and stress built up from sitting in a desk chair for the majority of the day. I just recently started using it with different positions and am finding more and more use for it. Definitely an item that I would recommend.

I've tried several acupressure mats and this one is by far my favorite. It's pressure points are very effective for my back and neck pain. And I love that it comes with a convieneny travel bag so I can easily take it on trips with me.

I have just started using this product so I really cannot tell 100% what benefits it will be, consequently I gave it a 3. I experienced immediately tension relief while I was laying on it. I laid on it for about 30 minutes while watching TV. I believe it did help nerve pain I was experiencing in my neck/blade area prior to using this.

I received a Kanjo buckwheat pillow for Christmas and was skeptical at first, but as I used it whilst binging Netflix, I started to discover how great it was for certain trouble areas in my back. When I realized there was an entire mat that I could lay my entire back on at once as well as a smaller neck pillow, I immediately purchased. I was not disappointed. It does take a bit of getting used to as it almost hurts at first, but once you settle in and allow your body to relax, it feels wonderful! Highly recommended for anyone with chronic back issues that can"iit afford a regular massage therapist. It certainly isn"iit an exact trade, but I haven"iit been waking up in the middle of the night anymore with weird aches I can"iit reach after using this for only 10-15 minutes a day.
