The HealthCraft e2™ Ceiling Mount Trapeze is an overbed trapeze that hooks onto a ceiling-mounted grab bar. Its offset handle with two leverage points is designed to help the user move from lying to a seated position in bed. It is an alternative to floor-mounted systems for smaller spaces.

Installation required
- Before choosing a location, walk through the transfer motion from lying to sitting to confirm bar position, hook travel to the storage position, and strap length.
- Mark the grab bar location on the ceiling and drill pilot holes.
- Fasten the grab bar with the supplied #10 x 2" stainless steel wood screws (6 included) and cover the fasteners with the flange covers.
- Thread the handle through the strap loop, hang the metal hook on the grab bar, and adjust the strap to the correct height.
- Position the shorter side of the trapeze handle closer to the head of the bed.
Tools needed
Drill with pilot bit.

- Failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions could result in serious injury or death.
- Maximum user weight 300 lbs. No more than 150 lbs of force is to be exerted on the trapeze (sitting support only). Product is not intended to support full body weight.
- The grab bar must be installed to a structurally sound ceiling. Add wood blocking if adequate structure is not present.
- Do not install if the structure above the ceiling is unknown.
- Do not install into metal studs.
- Only pull perpendicular to the grab bar when using the trapeze handle. Do not pull along the length of the bar; the metal hook may slide and injury may occur.
- Professional installation by a qualified contractor is recommended.
